Very disappointed with my dealings with house of Fraser next day delivery was over a week, not informed of this when delivery finally made one of my items out of stock which was not the case when ordering.
Refunded delivery charge but very unhappy no customer care number no response to e-mails until copied concerns to Facebook page.
