Awful customer service, I bought a second lancome product as they were advertising gift with purchase.
Contacted customer services to say this and basically told me it wasn’t on anymore, over a week later they’re still advertising it.
Told be to send the lancome products back at my own expense as well and to find a Hermes pick up location.
Why are you still advertising a promotion that is clearly not on anymore?
