I ordered 2 sweaters and a Converse hoody. neither sweater was suitable. the Hoody came with no hood ties, I checked what I had ordered, the website and the product code.and what was delivered was a totally different style. The tag attached had the correct product code but it was not a printed shop tag but looked to be hand written. the size was correct on the label, but the inside label showed it was an XL, and was more like a mans size. very cross that I have to pay to return this, I had no idea that HOF did not have return to shop or free returns for incorrect faulty orders, its costing me time and money to return this. very unhappy will not order or shop there again.
