my dad bought a dress for my sister online. He paid for next day delivery. Delivery didn’t arrive on time. I complained and customer service replied promptly promising to refund. When my dad received the dress he realised it’s missing the belt. I complained again and asked customer service to send it. Customer service replied saying that I have to return the dress and then they will see. I replied back saying that my dad is traveling and can’t afford sending the dress then waiting for a response. They said “nothing they could do”...so my dad had to give me sister a dress with no belt!
