Last time I order with house of Fraser. Packed cheap. Delivered in a bad state, Just left outside the house in the rain. Bag is all squashed.
I am paying 4.99 delivery for it to be treated like that?
And you can’t even get a hold of anyone on customer service to ask questions or complain. Really bad service. Will never order again
