Goods took quite a while to arrive. I received an email after order was place saying an item was out of stock. Was quite disappointed. When the goods arrived a boxed item was particularly shabby and looked very old and battered - as this was a gift the item had to be removed from the box. The other items were totally fine however. Just not quite the standard expected when placing an expensive and multiple order.
