The quality and pricing of sale items is great and customer service is usually reliable, responsive, and friendly, however, the two thin highball glasses I recently purchased were shipped to me in a plastic bag without any protection/padding. While they somehow did not break, I think better care could have been taken with the packaging, especially given the price of shipping.
