Hi i have recently purchased a pair of slippers which i ordered rhe wrong size.i explained to the team and they refunded my money on return of slippers and then i reordered the rite size .they were very sympathetic and helpful towards me and my problem and i will definetly reccomend house of slippers to anyone.I will definetly shop with them again .clive.
