Having never before used the internet to buy footwear, House of Slippers came up trumps. I ordered three pairs of slippers, one for my wife (which were perfect) and two Size 9s for me which unfortunately were too tight. But having pre-paid a £1 return postage, I returned them and asked if they could send me two Size 10s which are great. The company’s service was excellent. Alan Wooding
