I ordered slippers & a return label which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, they didn't fit so returned them and agreed an exchange (no extra cost) with Customer Service for another pair in a larger size. Regrettably, the replacement pair didn't quite fit so returned them. Again, spoke to Customer Services who were very helpful.
