I have not received yet my order, but although the process of my order was very fast, (I chose DHL for fast delivery)
I was shocked on the price I had to pay extra, which almost equals the value of my order, ie. 75 Euros, if I knew it, of course I would have thought twice before placing the order. It was not mentioned anywhere that extra fees for custom clearance is to be paid by the customer.
Therefore it is very rare that I will try again. ZK
