I received their catalogue for the first time. The product I chose was new and one of the three patterns was out of stock which has been just my luck lately with lots of things! I e-mailed them to find out if it would be in stock soon and was informed, in an extremely nice way, that it would and keep trying the website. Within a few days, I had ordered it.
