No free returns, which for people living on benefits (as many disabled people are) can be an unexpected cost.
The returns process is very difficult to understand. If you go to customer services, it points you to buying a returns label for £1, which goes up to £3.50 at the checkout. This, is not the right way to send an item back! Most confusing.
