Ordered some slippers for my mum for xmas, delivery was good, product was very nice but they came up too small so had to return, this is when it all fell apart. It is now nearly 4 weeks since i returned the item and i’m still waiting for my refund! I’ve received an email saying they’ve acknowledged my return so really not sure what the issue is?! I’ve contacted them twice now, same excuse each time, we’re busy, please wait a bit longer!
