I have had to jump through hoops to get my refund. Your WILMA slippers did not fit after I washed them as per instructions . I will not be buying from House of Slippers again due to the poor customer service I experienced . Due to this review House of slippers contacted me & apologised and have sent a pair of IVY slippers - neither side out of pocket at the end of the day
