The company is fantastic to deal with the slippers are really nice apart from one thing, the slipper tab sewed to the sole was hurting my bare feet, so I cut them off, and its been o.k. ever since, although they were'nt easy to take out, I'd recommend the company stops putting these tags inside on the sole as they already have one on the outside, thats why I only gave 4 stars for this otherwise good slipper.
