Andover has the hardest heel for a slipper. I was expecting the heel to be a softer material with some bounce - something lightweight and gentle on the foot. Instead its heavy and thonks down, reverberating in your foot bones.
There is no internal cushioning. so instead of something soft you feel like you're walking barefoot on a pavement.
I bought a pair of gel insoles for it - still too hard. then a pair of cushioning insoles - so i've spent an extra £12 on insoles and still the slipper is clunky.
you expect comfort from a slipper.This is NOT recommended
