Great range of slippers and the order arrived promptly and accurately. I ordered two pairs and had to return one. Prudently I had purchased a return label with the original order. I would have preferred an exchange but there was no obvious way online to order an exchange and I couldn't face the inevitable hassle of an attempted telephone transaction, so I simply took a refund. The company loses a star because in comparison with the best suppliers it has a second rate returns mechanism.
