Can’t review the purchase because it’s never arrived, can only review the service I’ve received. I purchased slippers as a Christmas gift on 4/12/22. They were apparently shipped on 5/12/22. Despite a phone call on 16/12/22 when I was promised it would be looked into, I’ve heard nothing since, Christmas has been missed and slippers still not arrived. Not very good service.
The goods tracker says they are still in the Stoke depot. The lady I spoke to on the 16th said she would E-Mail them.
