I have sent you an email on 20 December, this is what it said
I have returned these slippers and been charged £14.29 on 20 December. I purchased them for £18.29 on 30 November.
Therefore I have paid £32.58 for nothing.
Please sort this out immediately or I will reporr this to MasterCard.
