The ordered slippers arrived promptly and in good order. Unfortunately, I wanted to change them for a larger size. While I could see no way to do that using the paperwork sent, I returned the slippers and asked for the larger size via a handwritten note on the delivery form not knowing what would happen. I was very pleased to receive a personal telephone call assuring me that my request for a larger size was being processed. I have now received the larger slippers!
