The lovely slippers were far too big and wide, I have average width feet, so I spoke to an advisor who suggested I return them for an exchange. The order was made direct with House of Slippers on 7 Oct and delivered by Amazon, they were returned immediately. I'm writing this on 24 Nov, still waiting for my exchange pair. Delivery far too slow, although the advisor was polite and very helpful.
