Terrible, ordered for a Christmas present with plenty of time. HOS sent out the wrong size, I was told send the wrong pair back and send an image of proof of posting so they will immediately send the correct pair out as it was their mistake.
Sent the imagine to be told you have to wait 2 weeks for the return to be received before any will be sent out. They contradict themselves throughout. Very poor customer service for such a large retailer. I will not be recommending HOS to anyone not will I be buying from them again.
