Bought on 11 th November,I returned them back due to too small I had to email them about my refund as they didn’t tell me that they had my shoes (after 14 days) and they said they had been “worn” so I accepted them back and had to pay £5 charge to get them delivered , then it was back and forth saying they couldn’t find my payment . they said they’ll be shipped asap but I’ve only just received them on 29th when they was supposed to be here on the 24th
I had to catch them up as no communication and had to email serval times to get information .
