Truly appalling customer service. Pair of boots bought on line. Worn indoors for 3 hours which caused blisters. Sizing fine but the manufacturing of the item caused a significant seam on the heel which caused blisters. Communication made with HoS and they really couldn’t care less. Item in as new condition, images sent showing this and how the seam is visible but refusing refund / credit note etc. I would avoid like the plague if buying on line as even if items are sized and fit correctly, if there’s an issue they have no desire to assist or resolve. Appalling !
