The Totes Isotoner slippers I ordered were delivered promptly & were nice quality, so I was disappointed to find they were too tight so had to be returned. Your website doesn't mark the sizes clearly so I guessed that "L" would be correct for my size 7 feet. I assumed XL would be 8-9. When they arrived the slippers themselves were marked size 5-6, so no wonder they were too tight. Unfortunately, although all the Totes Isotoner slippers were described as "new" (i.e. newly in stock) you were out of stock of all your XL (& most other sizes too) so I couldn't ask for an exchange but a refund instead. Please make your sizing clear (the size comparison chart is no help in this case) & stock more of them - especially XL! Thank you.
