Unfortunately, these slippers were a non-starter for me as they were too narrow for my feet. I could not get the first pair beyond my toes so I did not even unpack the second pair and so have had to send them back for a refund at my own expense. The "Free delivery, free returns" claim is deceptive since the free returns only applies if returning them to exchange for a different size but not for a refund. Very disappointed.
