Still awaiting goods even though delivery was shown as dispatched last Monday. Sent email over week end requesting update/confirmation on delivery. Still awaiting reply. So very disappointed. Not looking forward to scenario that when goods are eventually received and may perhaps need to be returned how long this will take to obtain refund.
