The slippers arrived in good time and are great quality and a good price, However they are the wrong size so I have to return them, but am finding it impossible to find the correct address to get permission to return them. There are dire warnings about returning them without getting authorisation first, but each email I have written has elicited nothing, no reply and no failure to send notice.
