Sadly my slippers didn't arrive. That can happen. Such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that followed. I called to see what had happened to them and was told someone would check and call me back...they didn't call back. I called again and no one had chased it up. When they did check on it, the delivery company had said they didn't receive them and said it was delivery company's fault not theirs. I was not offered an apology for this. I was told the delivery company had finished working at 12pm on 22 December (really!) So nothing could be done until 27th...still no apology!
