Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered slippers, slippers were misdelivered by Royal Mail. Royal Mail advised they had made a mistake and to contact the company to get a refund. Did as instructed, this was in November, its now March. House of Slippers initially told me they were investigating, then nothing, they have now been ignoring me for months, looks like I wont be getting my money back. Absolute joke of a company.
