Slippers were delivered on time and were good quality. However, came out a little large and wide although they weren't advertised as wide fit and I had to return as they did not provide enough support for a normal / narrow size. Return was easy and I have an email confirmation stating refund is pending (not received yet). Policy was not clear - I was directed to a website regarding the returns policy, but the site was inactive and so I couldn't access any guidance on how to return items. I just sent them back with a cover note in the end.
