Terrible!
Please cancel my order as I am fed up of chasing when my parcel will be delivered! This was promised some time ago and apparently delivery was attempted but NO card was left and someone was in all day. Therefore I cannot go to the RM depot to pick the parcel up and House of slippers take no responsibility of their courier service and expect you to chase RM continuously.
Very annoyed and dissatisfied customer.
