I was very pleased with the prompt delivery service and with the fit of the slipper, as previously there has been such a variation in fit that I was unsure as to whether to risk ordering again.My only criticism is that whilst requesting returns slips (due to former experiences) I was surprised that they could not be kept for future use. I do hope the current run of 'Audrey' slippers continues so that I can order more with confidence!
