Had to re-order the slippers in a different size as the originals were too small and exchanges are not accepted on sale items.
The pair I needed to return hasn't been processed yet so can't comment on this service but speed of delivery was fantastic and when the second pair of slippers came my wife was thrilled. Quality of product is also excellent!
