My original order I returned having found the slipper not quite the style that I wanted. It was only 3 days after returning the original order to my receiving the replacements which I find is exceptional in today's world. All staff involved demonstrate that there are still people who look after their customers. I went into hospital the following day and the Nurse who looked after me commented on the slippers.
