Ordered Slippers in Chestnut you sent Black. Phoned you up was told sorry for that we have size 6's in stock. Returned the Black ones, only to be told you were now out of stock of size 6 Chestnut. Given refund.
You should have kept one of the size 6's out for exchange. My review is CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. CUSTOMER BEWARE YOU MIGHT NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED
