Bought these for my mother in law for Christmas. They were too tight as I thought I had picked a size 8 when really it was a 7! Spoke to a lovely man who guided me on how to return the item for an exchange. So now have sent back yesterday free return and am waiting for the 8. The slipper was exactly what she wanted with the velcro strap so Im sure they will fit!
