I originally orders the black pair however I received an email saying this colour was no longer available would I like the Brown. This was a present for my father and I explain this as the delay would mean he wouldn’t receive this present they then reorder me the new colour and got it to me the next day! Very good and friendly customer service, I will definitely get more slippers from here again!
