although the slippers I wanted were not available, on contacting the firm the representative I spoke to was most helpful in my selecting a substitute pair and very reassuring about the delivery, delivery is a problem in many cases when I order something on the internet, as many couriers are unable to find my house.
the slippers arrived very quickly and are very comfortable. I could not have had better service. Thank you
