Excellent service.Buying a £1 returns voucher is a great feature. Slippers too small and a refund was issued as my size was not available in the same colour. Ordered a replacement pair which were supplied very quickly. It would have been good if instead of returning and ordering a different colour House of Slippers would have given me the option by email to have a replacement in the alternative colour.
