I ordered HOS wide fit slippers - as per the web site, what I was sent were Padders comfort fit, not wide at all.
Needless to say, had to return because they were useless, but it has cost me £2.99 for delivery and a further £3.50 you intend to take for a returns label. I feel this is your negligence on not describing the slippers correctly, I will never use HOS again.
HOS has responded and apologised for their mistake.
