Purchased my daughter's Christmas present from this site and it is faulty. It doesn't charge and the plug isn't even compatible with uk sockets so had to get a travel plug. It's an absolute joke! I'm beginning to think this site is a scam! I've emailed and tried to make contact with the sales team to no avail!!! My daughter is devastated. I saved up for months to buy this present. It's an absolute joke.
