I purchased the year premium pack to monitor my daughter’s phone. Could never even load the software due to 2 step verification. Tried emailing 4 times . There is only an email no phone number . I requested a refund and never have received a response to technical support or request emails. I seek alternative and found Hackerspyville Team who gave me access to my target phone with just the target phone numbers.
