Ordered a lovely Baume & Mercier in the sale on a Saturday, received on the Tuesday. The watch was well packaged, and the delivery day was as stated.
I asked for the free bracelet adjustment as instructed on the website and I got a friendly e-mail confirming that they had received my request. The watch arrived with the bracelet correctly adjusted.
I am delighted with the service, and the watch, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend H.S.Johnson to anybody looking for a great watch with great service to boot.
