I recently bought a Festina watch from HS Johnson and it arrived much quicker than I expected which was great. Unfortunately, I didn't realise how big the watch was and in the end it just seemed to too big so I returned it. The next day I received a courteous email to say they had received the watch and a refund will be processed. The next day the money was credited back to my account. Excellent service, would highly recommend and would definitely buy from them again.
