Ordered a watch in September which was the lowest price I could find anywhere. The watch battery ran out a week or so ago, so I contacted HS Johnson. They asked me to return my watch to them and they sorted out the battery, refunded my postage and had it back to me the next day. All for free, can't get better customer service than that!
