Bought a watch from H.S. Johnson which arrived faulty. I contacted them and returned the watch for fast, full, no quibble refund including return postage. I was really impressed by their customer service. I bought a second watch which arrived next day and I'm absolutely delighted with it. I will definitely be ordering from them again and would recommend to anyone. Items are dispatched really quickly and customer service is excellent. Really, really impressed.
