I ordered a watch from across the UK and was pleasantly surprised at its arrival within a day or two. Very quick and efficient I'd say.
As for the watch, it arrived undamaged and as expected. I do however think it was tried on by other customers and not replaced in the packaging very well causing the cushion and contents to arrive slightly unloved! However, I didn't pay full retail for it, so I can live with that. I'd buy from H.S. Johnson again after a phone call to check condition.
