Ordered a watch on 23rd Feb and due to a lost parcel by DPD it never arrived. After chasing HS Johnson four times for an update and to request a replacement or refund eventually sone 5 weeks later on 30th March they agreed the item would not be delivered. However the item was then out of stock. Granted, it wasn't HS Johnson's fault that the item was lost by DPD but to make a customer wait 5 weeks wasn't very customer focused in my opinion. Anyway ordered the same watch from The Watchshop and it arrived the next day.
